I love this place. It has very nice flavor of Mexican culture and easy atmosphere.
My friends and I visited the Old Town San Diego on Jan. 13, 2009. We saw a small group of people (about 6 to 7) who were filming some kind of episode in front of the Wells Fargo building while we were also there. The filming appeared to be Asian-American in ...
Do not waste your time with this place.I am so disappointed in how this place has gone down hill, as I have lived in San Diego my entire life and am a history fanatic This used to be my favorite spot in San Diego, but not any more. there are fun free tours, other than that it was history light, but it was fun to shop there and eat. Check out the jolly boy for food, racine and laramie for smokes and great guy gifts, johnson house for pretty girly stuff, and the candy store for candy(duh)

Old takes it back a bit, recreating some of the unforgettable history of San Diego. Definitely worth a look if you enjoy Mexican food, great shopping and walking around in a pleasant fun-filled environment. I went there through a sightseeing tour...on Coach America, that took us to all of the highlights of San Diego and gave us a great idea of ...
This is a collection of some of the original town. Unlike many historic sites, Old Town uses some as shops. A lot of hand made deals to find here. A good stop is the herb and spice shop, it is actually a coffee and tea shop.
Take time to wander around this section of San Diego.
The atmosphere was very good; it paints an excellent picture of what San Diego originally looked like. We enjoyed walking from building to building. The shopping was excellent; we purchased nearly all of our souvenirs that day! I think the guys were perhaps a little bored, but my daughter and I really enjoyed the visit. One afternoon was great ...
